Women’s* Sexuality & Pleasure

2-day workshop

Next Date: TBC

*Open to all beings with an internal sexual anatomy. Trans/NB/GNC welcome.

An invitation to gather in community with other women and ask, what would it be like to embrace and celebrate your body and sexuality?

What would it be like to find your voice and assert your desires?  What would it be like to make choices and feel empowered?  Who would you be if you were erotically free?  What do you need to accept about yourself to experience deep erotic wellness?

We will explore all of these questions through a series of conversations, exercises, art projects, and movement activities in a safe, non-judgmental space. The power of group can be a catalyst for change, healing, and growth, helping you feel less alone in your struggles.

Many people have found this workshop to be life-changing.  Reclaiming the gift of pleasure, sensuality, and erotic wellness is a process that can influence every aspect of your life.  You will come away with a greater connection to yourself and your relationship to pleasure – how it informs how you feel about yourself, others, the earth, and the world.

This workshop…

– is clothed

– is relational, body-oriented, and experiential

– is trauma-sensitive

– is consent-based and respects your boundaries – you never have to do anything you don’t want to do

– honours you right where you’re at – no matter where you’re at on the pleasure spectrum

Some feedback from past participants:

“Hearing other women’s stories of strength was valuable.  Also it felt good to share space with other women that wanted to truly grow and explore their relationship to their bodies, etc.”

“A sense of community, a tribe of women connecting and sharing their struggles and what brought them here. It was such a heartfelt weekend spending time together and learning about one another.  Truly grateful for this experience.”

“What I received and experienced in this workshop far surpassed the best case scenario I’d had in my mind.”

“The emotional and social connections formed through shared experiences and feelings made me feel less alone and less hopeless.  I feel much less overwhelmed by my struggles knowing that I’m not the only one with them, and that they’re valid.”

“This workshop was truly life-changing and profound for me.  Something about meeting other women with similar struggles and being so open and honest with each other was extremely healing for me and gave me an inner peace I was beginning to think would never come.  The physical body work, social connection, and vulnerability was liberating and gave me actual closure.”

“I felt safe, heard and seen by all the women, it all came natural, everything we discussed was relevant, I am taking so much away.  I feel like for the first time in a long time I felt myself, real, open to sharing and taking space and being myself.  Words can’t express just how grateful I am.”

“Thank you for this incredibly profound experience. I will cherish it forever.”

Let yourself be silently drawn by the stronger pull of what you really love.
